Often clients find themselves facing a daunting challenge of sorting and managing too much stuff. Whether you have accumulated yourself, or inherited your excess, allow me to help you sort and allocate new homes for all of the items that are cluttering your life. I work with varying professional, including antique appraisers, auctions houses, charities, and more to find the right new home for your items, and keep as much out of the landfill as possible.

Pricing:

$45 per hour

With signed listing agreement:

Complimentary 6 hrs per week, plus 10% discount on total billed hours.

Staging

Staging a house to sell is an important feature to garner attention and a higher profit. It can be a very costly expense. For my clients, I offer staging for a fraction of the cost.

Up-Grade, Remodel, Repair

When you list with me, I provide access to resources for up-grading areas of your property, remodeling, and making repairs to get you the highest dollar profit when your house sells. With No upfront cost to you, we can update and refresh a dated home, make needed repairs, or in some cases remodel.

Free Home Valutions

Wheather you are ready to sell or just curious what your property might sell for, allow me to do a valuation for you. I utilize professional real estate sites and tools, in addition to an in-person walk through of your property. If desired I will provide tips and advice on needed changes to garner a higher profit if/when you decide to sell.
